Delivery is FREE on orders over £70

Delivery time

• 3-5 days on free & standard delivery.
• 24-48 hours on priority delivery.

Delivery Terms:

• Orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day, order received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods we will advise you as soon as practically possible. 

• Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you submitted at checkout. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

• Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some delivery restrictions on where we can deliver and these will be given to you on request.)

What if I’m not home?

When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that your courier tried to deliver it. An attempt will then automatically be made to deliver it to you on the next working day.

Damaged products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver our item to you in perfect condition, in the event that it does arrive damaged we will replace it for you.

To report a damaged product please email us.

Returns:

If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product.
